Dear applicant, once you make the payment for the advice, you will receive an email with the confirmation to start the process of searching for your appointment. We are constantly reviewing the appointments of our applicants in order to speed up their process, quite a few are made on the 17th of each month.

Most applicants who need to Renew do NOT require an interview. In case your application requires booking an appointment, the applicant must complete an online form and schedule an appointment at the Service Center to take biometric data and leave their identity document, this will be sent to the place of delivery chosen by the applicant .
